In galvanic anode systems, selecting the appropriate alloy for the application environment is critical for stable performance, effective corrosion protection and long service life. Our anodes, which are produced by taking into account variable environmental conditions such as sea water, fresh water and different soil structures, ensure the safe protection of infrastructures.
Aluminum Anodes
Aluminum anodes are effective solutions offering high efficiency and long life, especially in salt water and marine environments. Thanks to their lightweight structure and high current capacity, they provide effective protection on large surface areas and offer ease of installation.
Our production is carried out in accordance with DNVGL B401 and EN 12496 standards, and alloy composition and performance values are verified by quality control processes. Aluminum anodes are widely preferred for ships, offshore structures, marine pipelines, jetties and metal structures in contact with seawater.
Magnesium Anodes
Magnesium anodes have the highest electronegative potential among galvanic anode metals, providing strong and reliable protection, especially in areas with high earth resistance and freshwater applications.
Thanks to their environmentally friendly structure, they can be used safely in drinking water tanks. In addition to the standard AZ-63 alloy, high potential M1C options are available for more demanding conditions. These anodes offer effective solutions for the protection of underground pipelines, tanks, reservoirs and underground metal structures.
Zinc Anodes
Zinc anodes are characterized by high current efficiency of 90-95% and long-term protection performance. Thanks to their stable operation in seawater and soil applications, they have a wide range of applications.
With gypsum and bentonite filled types, anode-soil resistance is reduced and more effective current distribution is provided. Zinc anodes are preferred as a long-lasting protection solution for underground structures, seawater systems and certain soil conditions.
