Field Studies

We monitor system performance in the field with discovery, commissioning and periodic measurement-monitoring plans.  

With the detailed site surveys carried out at the beginning of the project, existing infrastructure, environmental conditions, system interactions and potential risks are analyzed and specific monitoring, control and maintenance scenarios are created for each facility.


Our expert team of AMPP certified engineers and technicians meticulously carries out the commissioning of cathodic protection systems, optimizing transformer-rectifier settings and verifying that the system operates in accordance with the design criteria. Polarized potential measurements, ON/OFF analysis, CIPS (Close Interval Potential Profile) measurements, DC leakage current detection, coating performance evaluations, insulation and continuity tests are performed regularly. Thanks to these studies, coating damages, inadequate protection zones and electrical interference between systems are precisely identified and necessary preventive and corrective actions are planned.


In projects involving seabed installations, armored cabling systems and underwater welding applications, engineering calculations are meticulously made taking into account challenging environmental conditions such as currents, pressure, corrosion and mechanical stresses. End-to-end service is provided from determining cable routes to seabed fixing and protection systems, from underwater welding and assembly operations to commissioning. All underwater applications are carried out in line with international standards and certification requirements, with expert teams and appropriate equipment.


Our field operations are supported by integrated logistics planning, equipment and material coordination, time management and risk analysis processes. All work on land and offshore sites is carried out in line with the principles of occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility and quality management. Documentation, control and test steps are completed and reported throughout the project.


System performance is verified after all measurement, testing, installation and commissioning activities, and long-term operational safety is ensured through periodic maintenance and monitoring plans. This holistic approach ensures that the performance, reliability and sustainability criteria within scope are guaranteed for every project delivered.
