This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation in order to define the cookies collected through the website and mobile application and which are personal data and to explain their use.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data regarding your personal data;

- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
- When you request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request that this situation be notified to third parties to whom we transfer your personal data,
- Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for this damage.
Application and Complaint Process Regarding Your Personal Data
You may submit your applications for your rights listed above in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in the Company system.
Application;
a) Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
b) Turkish Republic identification number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners,
c) Residential or workplace address for notification,
ç) Electronic mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
d) The subject of the request is mandatory.
You can send your application to the Company via kortekkorozyon@hs01.kep.tr e-mail address. In addition, if you fill out the form on the website https://www.kortek.com.tr/ and send a signed copy of the form to the above-mentioned Company address together with the information and documents to fulfill the application conditions, your applications will be answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. In addition, if deemed necessary during the evaluation of the relevant requests, additional information may be requested from the applicant based on the application. If the application response requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be requested.
